My coaching blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles, Mindfulness practice, and practical structure.

We look at the thought patterns driving your behavior. We identify what is keeping you stuck. Then we create a clear, realistic next step.

How This Began

For as long as I can remember, people have come to me for advice. It took me years to realize I was not just offering encouragement. I was offering structure.

At one point, I created a simple accountability framework to help someone stay consistent with daily responsibilities. A licensed counselor saw it, was impressed by the clarity, and asked permission to adapt it for use with their own clients.

That was the moment I realized what I was doing actually made a difference.

Since then, I have continued helping people work through difficult seasons by offering structured reframing, practical systems, and grounded insight.

In more than one case, individuals currently in therapy have shared my frameworks with their therapists, and their therapists directly complimented the structure and clarity of my work. Those compliments not only strengthened my confidence, but also reinforced the value of clear structure and practical guidance.
