Clarity for where you are. Direction for where you’re going.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start.

Boundaries & Ethics

I believe meaningful change happens in a space that feels both safe and honest. That means being clear about what I offer, what I don’t, and how I work with you.

This page is here so you know what to expect, where my role begins and ends, and how I approach coaching with care, respect, and integrity.

My goal is not to tell you how to live your life. It’s to support clarity, structure, and forward movement in a way that keeps your autonomy, your safety, and your well-being at the center.

What This Work Is

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process. We look at where you are now, what feels stuck or unclear, and what you want to change moving forward.

I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide mental health care.

Instead, I help you:

  • gain persepctive
  • identify patterns
  • create structure
  • take intentional steps towards the life you want to build

Coaching is about growth, accountablilty, and direction, not fixing or labeling you.

What This Work Is Not

Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, or crisis care.

If you are currently in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or need care for trauma or mental health concerns, I may not be the right support for you in this is moment. In those situations, working with a licensed mental health professional is the most appropriate path, and I will always encourage that level of care.

This doesn’t mean you’re “too much”. It simply means different kinds of support exists for different needs.

Emotional Safety & Respect

This is a space built on mutual respect.

You will never be judged, shamed, manipulated, or pressured in our work together. Your experiences, emotions, and boundaries matter. You always have the right to pause, question, or decline any direction that doesn’t feel aligned for you.

At the same time, coaching does involve honest and self-reflection. Growth isn’t always comfortable but it is always worth it.

My Role & Your Role

My role is to guide, reflect, and help you see patterns and possibilities you may not be seeing on your own. I provide structure, perspective, and support.

Your role is to engage honestly, take responsibility for your choices, and decide what actions you want to take outside of a session. I don’t make decisions for you, and I don’t live your life for you. This work only moves forward when you are willing to participate in your own growth.

When I May Refer You Elsewhere

If at any point I believe that your needs would be better supported by a therapist, counselor, or other licensed professional, I will be transparent about that.

Referring you out is not rejection. It’s part of practicing ethically and honoring the limits of coaching.

Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries

What you share in sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality within the limits of the law. I do not share or sell personal information.

Our relationship is a professional coaching relationship. I do not engage in dual roles, personal relationships, or dynamics that would compromise clarity, safety, or the integrity of our work.

Your Choice, Always

Coaching should never feel forced, rushed, or be a one-size-fits-all. You always have the right to ask questions, reflect on what’s being explored, and decide what feels aligned for you at your pace within the structure of our work together.

My role is to offer clarity, structure, and honest guidance. Your role is to choose how you apply that insight outside of our sessions. Growth is something you move through intentionally, not something you are pushed into.
